CRONZ is a local boutique carpet and rug manufacturer, based out of Rolleston, Christchurch, creating bespoke custom made rugs and carpet, tufted in 100% NZ Wool in over 140 colours, any style or design.
Starting back to an idea in 2002, having sold an engineering company, John Wyma, a founder and director of CRONZ, was looking for a new challenge to apply his engineering brain to. Inspired by the need for New Zealand to add value to raw material and being located in the rich location of Canterbury, John set about designing then building a machine to manipulate yarn into high quality floor coverings.
The result today is quality designer rugs that act as pieces of art in the homes of both those in New Zealand and abroad.
