A Kiwi Original - Jennifer Del Bel - Downlights - Episode 15

This week Ryan talks to Jennifer Del Bel, the director of Downlights. Downlights is a company doing a tremendous amount of social good. Their candle manufacturing process supports the employment of individuals with down syndrome or intellectual disabilities. It all started when Jennifer met Tony Sykes and his family. Tony has two daughters with Down syndrome, Emma and Nicki, and he was trying to help Emma get a job. With the help of Jennifer's candle making expertise, Emma learnt how to make candles and so Downlights was born.
